No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and are expected to be in the original packaging with all accessories included. The buyer is responsible for freight charges on the return. All returns must be made within 15 days of rma approval date. After that time, returns are subject to refusal.
Returns will not be accepted on special order items that Network Liquidators acquired solely to fill your order.

Warranty Policy
AAll used data products purchased include a 1 Year Replacement Warranty (end-user customers only). This means you will be shipped a replacement for failed products under warranty after the failed products have been returned.
This warranty does not cover application or design errors, manufacturer hardware defects, or manufacturer software defects. A list of known bugs (and the fixes for them) are typically available from the manufacturer's website(s).
All voice products purchased include a 1 year replacement period for end-user customers and a 90 day replacement period for interconnect customers.
This warranty does not cover lightening damage, water damage, or misuse of any kind.
