| The NT8B20EA-03 phone is considered the most user friendly of all the Nortel Norstar telephones. The M7310 Phone has a two-way speakerphone, Liquid Crystal Display and can be wall mounted. However this phone has an 8-line capability, 24 one-touch speed dial buttons at the top and a two line LCD. The two line LCD has soft keys underneath to easily glide the user through their tasks. The 24 speed dial buttons are for several different conveniences. The user can program each button for one-touch internal auto-dial, external auto dial or programmable featuresya that would usually require three to four pushes of buttons.
