| The EXTender 3000 provides remote employees with the full features of their PBX or KSU using a digital phone set from any remote location. With its built in ISDN line interface, a remote user can easily connect their phone and PC into the EXTender. At the corporate site, a Switch module or a PBXtender is connected to the PBX or KSU with a Remote Module at the remote location. Remote workers can connect their computers to the office LAN over the same ISDN B channel that is providing voice, with all the speed and crystal clear voice quality of ISDN. Alternately, users can take advantage of the ISDN lines second B-channel to connect to provide a dedicated data channel to the office data network or a local Internet Service Provider. The second ISDN B channel can also be used for a fax, an additional phone or modem. This unit works with Nortel equipment.
