 Cisco Security Sales Specialist CertificationCisco Security Sales Specialist certifications designed exclusively for Channel Partners, the Security Sales Specialist demonstrates fundamental understanding of the Cisco Self Defending Network (SDN) Strategy. The Cisco Security Sales Specialist possesses the skills and knowledge necessary to assess customer needs and to effectively describe and sell components of the Cisco SDN to protect customer assets, increase productivity, and reduce costs. As a prerequisite for this certification, you must have a valid Cisco Sales Expert certification: 646-202 CSE or 646-203 CSE. You must also pass the required 646-561 ASAM exam. Cisco Security Sales Specialist certifications are valid for 2 years. Recertification requires taking and passing the current version of the exam or pass a CCIE written exam.
