 Cisco CCSP CertificationThe Cisco Certified Security Professional CCSP certification validates advanced skills and knowledge required to secure Cisco networks. With a CCSP certification, a network professional demonstrates the necessary skills required to secure and manage network infrastructures to protect productivity and reduce costs. The CCSP material emphasizes secure VPN management, Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM), PIX firewall, Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Cisco Security Agent (CSA), and techniques to combine these technologies in a single, integrated network security solution. The following exams are required to obtain CCSP status: 642-551 SND, 642-502 SNRS, 642-522 SNPA, 642-532 IPS, and 642-513 HIPS or 642-511 CSVPN. CCSP certifications are valid for 3 years. In order to obtain recertification, you must pas the 642-542 CSI exam or any CCIE written exam.
