 Cisco Advanced Security Field Specialist CertificationThe Cisco Advanced Security Field Specialist has demonstrated the hands-on skills and knowledge necessary to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Network Admission Control (NAC), and Cisco Security Monitoring Analysis and Response System (CS-MARS). By applying their operational knowledge of NAC and CS-MARS, the Cisco Advanced Security Field Specialist has the knowledge and skills needed to effectively identify, manage, and counter threats to secure networks. As a prerequisite for this certification, you must have a valid CCNA certification, and you must also take and pass the cisco 642-567 ASFE exam. Cisco Advanced Security Field Specialist certifications are valid for 2 years. Recertification requires passing the current version of the exam or pass a CCIE written exam.
