As Chief Financial Officer, Steve oversees all financial functions, including strategic planning, corporate accounting and reporting, tax, M&A and risk management.
Steve brings more than 10 years of strategic and financial leadership experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, M&A and SEC compliance.
Prior to joining Network Liquidators in 2007, Steve served as Director of Financial Reporting for Jabil, Inc. (NYSE: JBL), a Fortune 250 global electronics manufacturing company. While at Jabil, he oversaw all corporate financial reporting and SEC compliance. Steve was also involved in several domestic and international acquisitions ranging between $5 million and $900 million.
Prior to Jabil, Steve served as Director of Financial Reporting and Tax at Syniverse Technologies (NYSE: SVR), a global telecommunications solutions provider. Steve played an instrumental role in Syniverse’s $281 million IPO, which at the time was the largest IPO in Tampa’s history.
Before Jabil, Steve served as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting for the $10 billion U.S. segment of Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD), a Fortune 100 global distribution company.
Steve began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a CPA and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.
